1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Live Ball (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided for organizing tennis events and communicating with participants via SMS and web pages.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By creating or joining an event, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. SMS Messaging Policy
Live Ball sends text messages to the phone numbers you provide for event invitations, verification codes, waitlist updates, reminders, host announcements, and recommendations for other upcoming sessions in the area that may interest you.
- Consent is required. Before receiving SMS messages, you must check the opt-in box confirming that you agree to receive text messages about the session and other upcoming sessions in the area. Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies. The number of messages depends on event activity, reminders, waitlist offers, and host communications. You may receive several messages per event.
- Supported carriers. SMS delivery is subject to your wireless carrier’s availability and policies. Not all carriers support all message types.
- No guarantee of delivery. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, delivered on time, or received correctly. Delivery can be affected by carrier issues, invalid numbers, spam filtering, or network outages.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from LiveBall App about tennis sessions and related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You can stop receiving SMS messages from Live Ball at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Live Ball. You may also contact us at the email below to request removal.

5. Privacy and Phone Numbers
We collect and use phone numbers solely to provide the Service: verifying identity, sending event-related messages, and enabling hosts to communicate with participants. We do not sell phone numbers or use them for unrelated marketing. For details, see our Privacy practices described herein.
6. Host Responsibilities
Event hosts are responsible for the events they create and the messages they send. Hosts must obtain appropriate consent before adding participants manually and must not use the Service to send spam, harassing, or unlawful messages. We reserve the right to suspend hosts who violate these rules.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: providing false contact information, attempting to access another user’s account or event without permission, interfering with event operations, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Ball and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including missed events, failed message delivery, or errors in event information.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
